Terms and Conditions
OTable Reservations — Terms and Conditions
1. Subscription
OTable Reservations is provided as a monthly subscription. The standard plan is $100 CAD per month plus applicable taxes and includes access to the online reservation system and restaurant management panel.
2. Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize the recurring monthly charge to the payment method provided. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Setup and Panel Language
There is no setup fee for the standard subscription. The restaurant management panel supports one selected language at a time. The selected language can be changed later.
4. Additional Services
Custom plans and additional services may be provided at prices agreed upon separately before purchase.
5. Reservation Fees
OTable does not charge a commission or per-reservation fee for reservations made through the OTable reservation system.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next monthly charge, cancellation must be requested at least 3 days before your next billing date. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
7. Restaurant Responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for maintaining accurate business information, reservation availability, operating hours, table and booking settings, and for managing and honouring reservations received through the OTable reservation system.
8. Service Availability
OTable will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and operating properly. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside OTable's reasonable control.
9. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with the subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
